Are you looking to kickstart your strength training, overall health, and fitness goals? A 6-week kickstart will give you access to our small group personal training. With access to our nutritionist and the accountability of a trainer, we will give you everything you need to succeed. Choose from a 2 or 3 day a week kickstart to take the first step toward a new you.
Our most popular training program. Get the same workout and value of 1 on 1 training at a fraction of the price. In groups of 2-5 people, you can choose to workout with a friend or other MaxOut members who are all striving for their goals. Everything is catered to your level of fitness, your goals, and needs!
We also specialize in sport specific team training. From club swim teams to youth football teams, we have strength and conditioning programs for them all. Scientific programming centered on the use of our Barwis MethodsTM Tower - a mechanical counter-weight device that provides lifting assistance on every repetition. When the Barwis MethodsTM Tower is attached to any piece of strength training equipment, we are able to target-focus specific muscle groups in such a way that it produces unprecedented strength and force production results by overloading that muscle group with a heavier weight on the eccentric movement while providing a precise amount of lifting assistance on the concentric movement.
