For the performance athlete, overload eccentric exercise (“negatives”) afford gains that greatly surpass conventional weight-training in a fraction of the time.  The amount of gains is limited only by the mechanical ability of the muscle group to extend rather than contract.  The microscopic muscle fiber injury that causes hypertrophy occurs much more efficiently with overload extension than contraction with less load.  With MaxOut the overload is controlled in a safe, quantified and carefully supervised repetitions in a set of exercises that no one else can offer.  Simply put, there is no where else you can get STRONGER FASTER.
